Hiring: Senior Analog Circuit Design Architects
Experience: 6 to 25+ Years
Locations:
- Bengaluru, India
- San Jose (Bay Area), USA
- Austin, USA
- Eligibility (USA): U. S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders).
Required Technical Expertise:
Strong background in CMOS analog design fundamentals, with hands-on experience in:
- Analog circuit blocks: OTA, Charge Pump, Bandgap Reference, Ring Oscillator, LC-VCO, etc.
- SERDES-related circuits:
- TIA, DRV, P2 S, Serializer, RCOMP, Calibration Blocks, Receiver Front-End, CTLE, DFE, CDR Loop, Phase Interpolators, Deserializer, S2 P, FFE, Pre-Drivers, Level Shifters, V2 I Circuits, Slicers, Samplers, and other custom building blocks.
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors.
- Solid understanding of MOS device operation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design analog/mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications.
- Perform layout of designed circuits and analyze parasitic effects.
- Conduct hardware measurements and analyze silicon results.
- Evaluate impact of device characteristics on circuit-level behavior.
- Identify and optimize critical parameters for system-level performance.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and efficiency-improvement projects
