About Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Design Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in high-speed I/O and SerDes circuit design to develop robust, high-performance analog and mixed-signal IPs for advanced technology nodes. This role plays a critical part in defining architecture, executing detailed circuit design, and driving silicon from concept through validation

Required Skills:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Strong background in high-speed SerDes or I/O design.
• Deep understanding of:

1. Signal integrity and jitter

2. High-speed analog architectures

3.Advanced CMOS technology nodes

• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre)
• Proven experience taking designs through tape-out and silicon validation
