Head of NVM IP Development
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Design Manager to lead and drive the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal circuits. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IPs (including OTPs, MTP, Fuse, and EEPROMs) and Power Management IPs.
As a technical leader, you will guide an elite team of engineers to deliver innovative designs that push the boundaries of performance, power efficiency, and reliability in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Circuit Ownership: Oversee the design, development, and verification of analog/mixed-signal circuits for NVM applications (Charge Pumps, Voltage Regulators, Sense Amplifiers, and Memory Interfaces).
- Architectural Strategy: Define and review circuit architectures to optimize PPA (Performance, Power, and Area).
