Analog IC Design Engineer — Isolated Gate Driver ICs

Location

  • Europe remote considered with frequent travel to China for one to two weeks every two months
  • Year 1 employment via an Employer of Record payroll provider

About the role

Join a top Tier 1 automotive electronics company that is expanding its power IC group. You will help design and productize next generation isolated gate driver ICs for IGBT and SiC applications. This is a growth stage team with real ownership, fast impact, and clear progression into tech lead or architect paths as we scale.

What you will do

  • Architect and design analog and mixed signal blocks for isolated gate driver ICs
  • Own key functions such as high side and low side drivers, level shifters, UVLO, dead time control, Miller clamp, protection and diagnostics
