Analog IC Design Engineer

1.Define chip design specifications with cross-functional teams.

2.Design analog module architectures and circuit implementations.

3.Develop block-level specifications and design guidelines.

4.Plan layout floor planning and guide layout engineers.

5.Collaborate on test specifications and execute analog characterization.

7.Document design specifications and technical reports.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Integrated Circuits, Microelectronics, Electronics, Communications, or related fields.

2. Proficient in analog IC design methodologies, with deep knowledge of semiconductor devices and fabrication processes (e.g., CMOS, BCD).

3. Solid understanding of device physics, process variations, and circuit performance trade-offs.

4. Hands-on experience with circuit-level design tools.

5. Strong teamwork, communication, learning agility, and analytical problem-solving skills.
