Job responsibilities

Executes on the core processing activities of primarily moderate complexity

Assists in the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and acts as a buddy to new joiners

Contributes on small to moderate complexity projects, implementation, and processes improvement efforts

Assists with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 

Makes decisions using pre-established Standard Operating Procedures

Provides resolutions on tactical business as usual (BAU) concerns and issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

1+ year of experience or equivalent expertise in HR service or Product roles
