This position sits within the Corporate Banking of Singapore team in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with corporate finance skills to join our team and support the Singapore Local Corporate businesses.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Assist the relationship management and coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients in various sectors
+ Support execution of corporate financing transactions for the corporate clients
+ Prepare client presentations, and develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching
+ Prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval processes
+ Assist with review / negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreements
**Job Requirements:**
+ Degree qualified
+ For Analyst: Minimum 2 years' experience in banking and finance industry
+ For Associate: Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking and finance industry
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate finance
+ Proficiency in credit analysis and documentation
+ Experience in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments
+ Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
