Analyst / Associate Performance Improvement - Operations

**Description**
As an Analyst / Associate in our **Monterrey Office** team you will gain experience in Performance Improvement and consulting advisory services. Furthermore, you will have exposure to a variety of products and have the chance to immediately interact with clients. It is expected that you will continue to take on more responsibilities as your transaction execution skills are refined.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of a target's manufacturing and distribution operations
- organization design, production capacity, efficiency, quality, planning, warehousing and team capability
- Evaluate the maintainability and operability of production facilities
- Review current and historical data to understand efficiency & capacity, including equipment conditions, maintenance logs, spare parts and detailed production numbers
