Job Description


Summary:

The primary objective of the team is to provide global in-house banking services, including cash management to Company subsidiaries. This role involves managing various banking operations and ensuring accurate financial processes.



Responsibilities:
  • Initiate foreign currency and manual payments.
  • Manage the global intercompany settlement process.
  • Provide accurate daily cash flow forecasts to other Group Treasury functions.
  • Ensure regular reconciliation of all bank, in-house bank, and clearing account balances.
  • Conduct daily bank statement postings, downloads, and monthly GL reconciliations.
  • Manage queries within own area of responsibility.
  • Support RTR Bank Operations Senior Analyst in SBM/Projects and Superuser tasks.
  • Continuously seek and propose improvement ideas.
  • Provide UAT support for project Voyager.
  • Support Superuser, Senior Analyst, Control, Project, and Migration owners.
  • Ensure controls are maintained across BOC processes.
  • Ensure stability of daily tasks of the Bank Operations Centre.
  • Provide daily support to team members.


    • Requirements:
  • Recognized accounting or treasury qualification, or local equivalent.
  • - years of experience working with the finance department of a multinational company or bank.
  • Experience working with an integrated software like SAP.
  • Good understanding of bank account management processes and intercompany funding tools.

  • Experience with major accounting and reporting packages (, SAP, Magnitude).
  • Good business English; able to effectively communicate with all relevant parties.
  • Understands basic accounting policies and standards and possesses good technical accounting knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills; adopts a structured, logical, well-documented approach to work.

  • Good knowledge of Excel macros and Access.
