Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research on battery manufacturing, critical minerals, energy storage technologies, electric mobility, and related value chains.

  • Prepare market intelligence reports and consulting deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and Excel-based analyses, ensuring high-quality, deadline-driven outputs.

  • Build market forecast models covering market sizing, supply–demand outlooks, and technology adoption to support consulting insights and recommendations.

  • Engage in client interviews, expert discussions, and industry webinars to gather relevant market and technical insights.

  • Work collaboratively with senior consultants, technical specialists, and business development teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.


Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields. A Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or Energy Management is preferred.
  • 4–7 years in battery manufacturing, critical minerals, energy storage, or energy-sector consulting/market research.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to prepare client-ready deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources.
  • Experience in primary research, including industry interviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for energy, batteries, critical minerals, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
