**Resume qualifications**. Education required. - BA, BS, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. -Graduate of a military Command and Staff College. Desired. -Graduate of a Senior Service College.Masters in Military Science.
**Qualifications**:
- Honorable service as a commissioned officer in the US Armed Forces.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Three years’ experience with US Joint doctrine, organization, and procedures up to the theater-level.
- Experience in combined/coalition operations.
- Experience in exercise/training performance analysis and evaluation.
- Experience in the preparation and conduct of seminars, after action reviews, and classroom instruction.
Experience with simulation supported war gaming.
