TheAnalyst Category & Shopper Insights, Walmartwill support the Mondelezcustomer businessteam& Walmartby providing insights into category trends, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies.You'llbe responsible forusingshopper & POSdata toidentifyperformance, trends, and growth opportunities. The role requires strong data analysis, business acumen, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Mondelezseeksa critical thinker with strong influencing and relationship-building abilities whoexcelsin a fast-paced environment.This role will reporttotheDirector of Category – Walmart & Sam’s Club

Candidatemust belocatedwithin the Northwest Arkansas area with the expectation of a hybrid work model of 3 days in our Rogers office.

How You Will Contribute-

  • Provide support to Director of Category, our category & sales teams in snacking categories like cookie, cracker& candy

  • Track performance using internal and syndicated reporting 

  • Maintain store and product attribution 

  • Build action-oriented insights thatidentifiesopportunities for Walmart & Mondelez to drive mutual growth

  • Developconsumer selling stories usingWalmartScintilla, Nielsen & Numeratordata

  • Assistandparticipatein buyer meetings, including category reviews

  • What You Will Bring-

    Curiosity, willingness to learn anda desire to accelerate your career and knowledge in:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experiencerequired

  • 1 - 2years of experience withinsales, shopperinsightsor data analysis – Walmart experience preferred

  • ExpertiseinWalmartScintillaShopperBehaviora plus

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable businessstrategies.

  • Experience in usingconsumer insights, and analyticswithretailer data, panel/POS syndicated data (Nielsen, Numerator,WalmartScintillaetc.)

  • Salary and Benefits:

    The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

    In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
