Job Description

Skill: NLP Analyst Technology requirements:
  • Min 4+ yrs hands on , SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python would be preferred.
  • Good experience on Conversational AI Platform.
  • Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products.
  • Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots in XO Platform, Search Assist.
  • Transforming natural language data into features using NLP techniques, Knowledge on and IVR systems.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Build content for chatbot and define an efficient process for identifying targeted follow-up questions based on keywords.
  • Research and analyze the scope of intent within the linguistic and technical dimensions of chatbot's capabilities.
  • Work with developers, product, and engineering teams to maximize conversions while ensuring a great user experience.
