Under general direction, independently execute routine & intermediate transactions and resolve problems. Prepare and validate reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and clients' needs. Follow procedure documents to complete complex manual client reports in excel utilizing complex macros, pivot tables and functions within excel.

Interface with internal and external personnel including senior operations staff, legal, relationship management, IT, brokers, custodians, portfolio managers, and/or traders to obtain information and resolve problems. Understand basic financial concepts and scenarios on when to use data types
