Overview

Peakhill Capital is a commercial real estate capital provider with mortgage investments across all real estate asset classes in Canada. Our equity platform (Peakhill Equity Partners) is an opportunistic equity platform focused on investments in ground up and value-add projects in Canada and the United States.

The candidate can be located in Montreal or Calgary, and will report to the Associate Director, CMHC Program.

Responsibilities

• Reviews CMHC applications prior to submission to CMHC in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manages tight Service Level Agreements to turn around internal applications at a high level of accuracy and completeness
• Support the Associate Director, CMHC Program to ensure all Peakhill policies and procedures are aligned with CMHC’s requirements, including changes to the Lender’s Handbook and subsequent guidance as distributed by CMHC from time to time.
