Job Description
Primary purpose of the role:
System Administration. Providing Technical L support
Key Accountabilities:
Strong knowledge on handling PC hardware, software related as well as network (LAN/WAN) related issues
Should address technical issues related to, Hardware, OS, Platforms, Tools, Peripherals etc.
Should have an excellent communication skill
Should have knowledge on ITSM tools and work based on the SLA’s.
Should be good at vendor management
Should be ready to take tasks and complete the same in time.
Ensure to monitor the SLA and sustain all set goal parameters.
Willing to work in shifts
Skill Required:
Minimum years of experience in the System Administration field.
Degree in IT/Computer science or engineering or its equivalent.
