Job Description

Primary purpose of the role:

System Administration. Providing Technical L support 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strong knowledge on handling PC hardware, software related as well as network (LAN/WAN) related issues
  • Should address technical issues related to, Hardware, OS, Platforms, Tools, Peripherals etc.
  • Should have an excellent communication skill
  • Should have knowledge on ITSM tools and work based on the SLA’s.
  • Should be good at vendor management
  • Should be ready to take tasks and complete the same in time.
  • Ensure to monitor the SLA and sustain all set goal parameters.
  • Willing to work in shifts
