Temporal positions for 6 months
This position is strength the collection team, part of the accounts receivable/ Collections. Main responsibilities are to manage a Portfolio of AR, clarifications accounts, solve disputes, knowledge of websites to upload invoices, excellent customer service.
Principal

- Customers delinquency analysis and communication
- Special process for customers (upload invoices, PO, statements, etc...),
- Follow up open items for customers billing/disputes.
- Visit to customers, travel
