Workday HCM Analyst

Permanent | Hybrid - Barcelona (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Compensation: 55,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR team’s Workday HCM specialist and primary point of contact
• Provide day-to-day system support, maintenance, and enhancements
• Configure and optimise Core HCM business processes
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support testing, releases, and documentation
• Drive continuous system and process improvements
• Support future country and module rollouts

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
• Strong expertise in Core HCM
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Strong communication skills with experience in a customer-facing environment
