Workday HCM Analyst

Permanent | Hybrid - Barcelona (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Compensation: €55,000 per annum

Key Requirements:
~2-3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
~ Strong expertise in Core HCM
~ Fluent Spanish and English
~ Strong communication skills with experience in a customer-facing environment

Preferred / Bonus Points:
Experience with Absence, Recruiting, Learning, or other Workday HCM modules
Previous Workday consultancy or partner background
Workday HCM certifications (current or previously held)
Experience supporting Workday in a multi-country environment

Responsibilities:
Act as the HR team's Workday HCM specialist and primary point of contact
Provide day-to-day system support, maintenance, and enhancements
Configure and optimise Core HCM business processes
