Description

  • Should be able to do quality analysis on members enquiry and contribution.
  • Able to coordinate with members on their findings and encourage them to correct their data.
  • Should be able to assist on dispute and manage member issues
  • Support the goal of TUPH in achieving its yearly target revenue.
  • Assist in escalated issues and resolve it as soon as possible.
  • Able to support ongoing and new UAT activities and provide detailed feedback on findings and progress
  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
