Overview

At Alto, we are actively contributing to the transformation of Canada’s future with our high-speed train project connecting Quebec City and Toronto. With the support of the Government of Canada, this innovative project aims to improve quality of life for citizens, strengthen community ties, and stimulate economic growth. The Analyst, Contract Management role supports Alto’s contract administration function, focusing on the Pre‑Development Agreement (PDA) that governs the Co‑Development Phase. The analyst will collaborate with Cadence, the preferred private developer partner, to advance project design, engage stakeholders, and secure a positive Impact Assessment decision.
