About EJam
At eJam, we scale innovative consumer brands through performance-driven digital marketing. Our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team plays a central role in this mission, running high-volume A/B tests across landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, offers, and retention funnels.
ScheduleMonday-Friday, 9am-6pm ARG
Key Responsibilities- Pull weekly reports on all active split tests across funnels and products
- Analyze test performance against core CRO KPIs, including:
- Landing Page CTR & CVR%
- Checkout CVR%, AOV, Sub Take Rate%, Refund%
- Offer metrics: Bundle %, Upsell/Downsell %, Subscription Correlation
- Retention metrics: Retention %, Cancel Save %, Refund %
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to guide test decisions:
- Scale winning variations across channels and SKUs
- Iterate on underperforming tests with informed recommendations ...
