Analyst, Credit Analyst - Maker, Small Medium Enterprise-(WD80588)

Job Purpose

The role of Credit Analyst is to provide support Relationship Management Team in terms of timely processing the case for sanction and disbursement, help in ensuring that housekeeping activities are in order, ensuring overall client servicing for Portfolio growth/ Cross-Sell, timely Renewals and help team to ensure maintaining a healthy portfolio

Key Accountabilities

  • Timely completion and Processing of Credit Proposals to CCG
  • To maintain close working relationship with Business Unit and other stakeholders (CCU, CCG, Audit) to ensure that IBG deliverables are met.
  • Supporting in timely completion of Housekeeping Activities for overall maintenance of healthy Portfolio and effective handling of Audit Queries.
  • Ensuring Customer retention and Portfolio growth through overall customer servicing and tracking of Complaints.
