How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Deliver strategic analytics and experimentation insights that influence digital and product experiences across markets and business units.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for experimentation, define hypotheses, and develop robust test designs.

  • Translate experimental results into clear, actionable recommendations for business and product stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise-wide data ecosystems and tools to ensure experimentation insights are accurate, relevant, and scalable.

  • Support the ongoing development of new analytical and experimentation capabilities within the organization to enable faster, more effective decision-making.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science)

  • Strong programming skills are preferred. Some experience with Big Data programming languages (Hive, Spark), Python, R programming, SQL.
  • Experience in large data processing and handling, understanding in data science is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and encourage partners to drive collaboration and alignment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of statistical methods for experimentation — including regression modeling, t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, and Bayesian inference.

  • Experience in digital analytics, UX optimization, or personalization strategy.

  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking ability to solve unstructured problems and influence key business decisions.

  • Hands-on experience with Shiny tools and Docker
