Application Support Analyst (ASA)
MSC Global (New York, NY) is enabling retailers and branded apparel manufacturers to improve control of global sourcing processes by integrating global partner activities in one software application. MSC Global creates value by managing every step in the supply chain, from raw material sourcing to final delivery. MSC Global is a newly formed subsidiary of MSC Limited (HK), a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in apparel manufacturing software solutions in Hong Kong and China.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Application Support Analyst (ASA) will be primarily responsible for the identification, research, and resolution of technical problems and customer concerns with MSC applications. The ASA will be a customer’s primary point of contact brokering a relationship with the Hong Kong development team. As one of the first , this position will also have opportunities to assist developing business in the US market. Other responsibilities will include:
