Under the responsibility of the Expertise Manager, within the Asset Services of the Asset Management department, and in collaboration with the operational teams, the Expertise Analyst will develop and implement his financial and real estate analysis skills to address issues related to asset valuation. You will join a team of 4 collaborators.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

  • Collect and analyze information related to expertise value projects;
  • Organize and actively participate in meetings with real estate experts, asset managers, fund managers, and risk management, while drafting reports;
  • Track, analyze, and validate values, as well as writing valuation notes for the relevant committees;
  • Conduct calls for tenders and manage expert mandates, while overseeing the associated fees and budgets;
  • Contribute to various internal and client reports, while continuously improving and making the expertise process more reliable.

    • As an Expertise Analyst, you participate in contributing to the MSCI analysis, including file feeds and consistency checks, conducting analyses on the evolution of AEW’s assets, as well as the management of ad hoc missions according to the needs of the team.
