Analyst - Founder's office

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-oriented Analyst to work closely with the Founder’s Office . This role offers front-row exposure to strategic decision-making, business building, and execution across functions. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and aspires to build a solid foundation before eventually becoming a founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder/CEO/CFO on strategic initiatives and priority projects
• Support new business launches , including market research, feasibility studies, and go-to-market planning
• Drive process creation and SOP implementation across teams to improve efficiency and scalability
• Conduct data-driven analysis to support business decisions, strategy reviews, and leadership updates
• Own end-to-end execution of key initiatives — from problem definition to closure
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across strategy, finance, tech, and operations
• Assist in tracking OKRs, key metrics, and project milestones
• Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, and leadership notes

What We’re Looking For

• CA with 0–2 years of experience
• Prior exposure to Founder’s Office / CEO’s Office / CFO’s Office is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in:
• Strategy and business planning
• Market research and feasibility analysis
• Process and SOP design
• New initiatives or 0→1 projects
• Comfort working with data, numbers, and ambiguity
• Tech-savvy mindset; ability to work closely with product/tech teams
• Strong personality , clear communicator, and confident stakeholder manager
• High bias for execution with the ability to independently own outcomes
