Job Description

ROLE:

Carry out research and advisory work for hospitality related assignments on behalf of JLL's clients, ensure high-quality output, and provide business development support, when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in hospitality, architecture or a Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (optional)
  • Strong analytical skills and writing abilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently for projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the preparation of advisory assignments (feasibility studies, market studies and valuations) for hotels, resorts and mixed-use projects across India and international markets, when required.
