Roles & Responsibilities :
. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in Service Management Tool, prioritizing urgency and user impact. Escalate complex problems when necessary.

. Identify areas for process optimization, develop and implement solutions, and track their effectiveness over time.

. Provide support with testing activities and maintain test documentation to support high-quality deliverables.

. Drive and safeguard data consistency across HR IT systems

. Collaborate with Global Application Support Specialists, developers and with other support teams

. Provide continuous support and consulting to the HR data maintenance country teams

. Create support and training documents

. Advise and support stakeholders on requirements and solutions

. Act as a bridge between business and IT departments in an international context
