Analyst – HR Operations

You’ll be supporting a team of recruiters with new hire paperwork, initiating and adjudicating background checks and drug screenings. The goal is to guarantee each new hire has a first‑class on‑boarding experience by ensuring their accurate set‑up, timely completion of their I‑9, and the receipt of their first pay check.

Having The Know‑how

You’ll need to be the go‑to person; from the job posting process through hiring and on‑boarding; by educating employees, HR partners, and managers on company/local policies and procedures. As an expert, you’ll be able to anticipate next‑level questions and elevate appropriately.
