What success looks like in this role:
Provides transactional support for the day-to-day Human Resources (HR) program / process workflow across HR operational including but not limited to Learning & Development areas.
Supports various HR services, including Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and HRIS to ensure systems are updated and processes followed.
Ensures employment information is entered, updated and maintained within the HR data management systems.
Responds to associate and manager questions accurately and in a timely manner, escalating and properly routing complex / sensitive issues to the appropriate individual or department.
May contribute to the design, development and implementation of enhanced foundational and operational processes.
