Job Description

The HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing and coordinating the HR reporting function to support the business needs. The role supports HR objectives by identifying, creating and analysing data, and developing reports to make recommendations and improve organisational capability.

  • Tertiary Qualifications or experience in a relevant field

Experience

  • Knowledge, and experience in the application of HR/IR systems and processes
  • Strong Initiative and proactive nature
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Annual HR Budget preparation and periodical updates, by collecting the information from the different departments, defining the time and costs with reference to the specific positions, submitting for approval to project management team in compliance with project guidelines and procedures
  • To ensure annual HR budget implementation, after approval, by providing the recruitment team with the related plan, and supporting them, if required.
  • To ensure control in the human resources costs in terms of actual and progressive figures and proposing actions aiming at its optimization in compliance with project guidelines and procedures
  • Develop and generate accurate HR reports utilizing the departments reporting tool(s) and provides analysis based on requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities and develops continuous business improvement initiatives and reporting processes.
  • Maintenance and continuous update of weekly, monthly, quarterly and bi-yearly reporting provided to Project management, corporate office, other departments and the client.
  • Administration support for the HRIS system
