Duties and Responsibilities
The Analyst for Human Resources is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. He/She is responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas (Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, etc.)
Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepare periodic reports for the HR head, as necessary and requested.
