Duties and Responsibilities

The Analyst for Human Resources is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. He/She is responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas (Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, etc.)

  • Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

  • Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepare periodic reports for the HR head, as necessary and requested.
