Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Automation Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Python, combined with a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Automate Workflows: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools in the Power Platform.

  • SharePoint Management: Ensure optimal performance, maintenance, and governance of SharePoint sites and solutions3. Customize SharePoint lists and design PowerApps applications to improve user experience.

  • Python Scripting: Create and maintain Python scripts to automate tasks and integrate data across various systems.

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

  • Data Integration: Utilize REST APIs, SQL, and other data sources to integrate information seamlessly between applications and systems.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to workflow automation, SharePoint, and Python scripts.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and proactively suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Documentation: Document processes, workflows, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and maintenance of best practices.

  • Qualifications:

  • Experience Level: 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, Python (Library- pandas, NumPy, tkinter, sklearn, rapidfuzz, difflib, spacy, torch), PowerBi, HTML and CSS. Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Custom Connectors.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions3.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders3.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within deadlines.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
