ANALYST II ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS

**Job Overview**
DES is TE’s technology partner enabling product development efficiency and compliance across the lifecycle. This role leads compliance operations and governance for CMAP, drives AG Board management, and partners on the Assent replacement initiative reducing backlog, improving data integrity and strengthening stakeholder alignment across BUs, Service providers and Supplier engagement.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead CMAP priorities & backlog reduction: Own the CMAP compliance queue (triage, prioritization, resolution)
+ AG Board governance: Establish cadence, artifacts, and decision frameworks for AG Board topics. Track PLM‑AG updates and action items with DES/PLM stakeholders.
+ Stakeholder engagement & influence: Build trusted relationships across BU/CAP/Engineering Services; facilitate decisions, remove blockers, and drive adoption of compliance processes and tools
+ Controls, metrics, and continuous improvement: Define KPIs, dashboards, health checks, lead improvement initiatives.
+ Enablement & support: Develop playbooks and training for CMAP roles, onboard key users and host office hours/forums in partnership with DES Customer Success.
**Candidate Desired Profile:**
+ Compliance systems expertise: Hands‑on experience with CMAP roles/functionalities
+ Regulatory knowledge: Working knowledge of environmental regulations and frameworks (e.g., REACH, RoHS) and their impact on part/BOM compliance.
+ Process & integration fluency: Familiarity with data flows and downstream systems for compliance status publication.
+ Stakeholder influence: Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, align diverse stakeholders, and drive decisions without formal authority (BU, CAP, Engineering Services)
+ Communication & governance: Strong written/verbal communication; ability to establish governance routines
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental/Materials/Mechanical) or equivalent.
+ Around 5 experiences in compliance tools/processes
**What your background should look like**
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
