:The Analyst II, Procurement will be reporting into our global procurement team. The incumbent will work closely with our U.S. and India teams to support data analysis, process adherence, reporting, and vendor governance.

Retroactive Data Analysis

  • Review procurement dashboard data (static) in Snowflake and the Procurement Hub to identify trends, key takeaways, and areas of focus.
  • Prepare summary insights from historical procurement data for reporting to leadership.
  • Support quarterly Renewals Council meetings by cleansing and prepping manual renewal data and tracking historical renewal statuses.

  • Data in Action

  • Monitor real-time procurement pipeline activity through Salesforce and SAP to track movement, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues.
  • Analyze approval timelines by cost center and surface delays to help keep requests moving.
  • Track updates and statuses post-renewals meetings and follow up with functional owners as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and evolve the Procurement Hub for usability and real-time visibility.

  • Auditing and Quality Control

  • Review PRs and POs for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to procurement standards and the contract signature matrix.
  • Flag and escalate deviations from policy or process to the appropriate business or BAS partners for resolution.
  • Support data integrity checks across vendor catalogs, PRs, and PO records to ensure alignment with reporting needs.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate vendor catalog and flag inconsistencies or missing vendor information.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

    Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
  • Experience Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience supporting US-based or multinational teams is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Snowflake is a strong plus.
  • License/Certification Required:

  • CPSM, CIPS, or related certification preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of: Working knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar). Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Skill in: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Comfortable using both static (historical) and dynamic (real-time) data.
  • Ability to: Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. Adaptable to evolving processes and open to continuous improvement.
