Analyst II, Trust and Safety Analytics

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

The Trust & Safety Analytics team works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, and Compliance to discover insights through analysis and design experiments that optimize the trade-off between fraud prevention and user conversion while ensuring our processes remain compliant.

We are looking for a new team member to continuously identify customer pain points and test new fraud verification strategies to create the best‑in‑class user experience during customer onboarding and repeat transactions. You will also keep looking for new risk differentiators and remediate the vulnerabilities in our decisioning system to keep our platform safe. Additionally, you will be the data expert of our team with the opportunity to own data models and reporting dashboards.
