- In the first month, we expect you to understand the service or process. Learn about risk associated with service and deeper understanding of workflow by the end of second month of joining and within three months we would want you to become a process expert
- Our team is new but growing at fast pace and most of our colleagues have an average experience of 3 years. We are one big family that takes pride in exceeding end customer expectations with focus on insurance and business knowledge.
- We have robust training around understanding insurance concepts and business knowledge. All the team members will support you during this journey.
