Job Description

Job Title: IT MIS Expert

Location: Gandhinagar

Minimum Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or IT, or MCA from a recognized university.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in MIS management, data analytics, system administration, or digital governance; experience with government portals preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update MSME portal data, including BDS, manuals, scheme information, GIS mapping, and workshop details.
2. Ensure accuracy, security, and regular updating of consultant and district-level records.
3. Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS analytics, dashboards, and summary reports.
4. Train district personnel on MIS-related tasks and data entry procedures.
5. Track and report portal performance; coordinate enhancements with IT vendors.
6. Provide support for any additional MIS-related requirements under RAMP or as directed by MSME Commissionerate/SPIU.

Skills:

Power BI/Tableau, MS Office, dashboard development, portal integration, data validation, and Gujarati typing.
