**Role Overview**:
The Jr. Analyst - Process Architect Optimization will join the Process Optimization & PMO Service Delivery team at Hershey. This role is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving process architecture, aligning with industry standards and driving value through continuous improvement, automation, and process design methodologies.
The analyst will work closely with global teams, leading the mapping of current and future processes (AS IS / TO BE), identifying simplification opportunities, and supporting transformation initiatives across various business areas.
