The KS DPN Analyst is responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our Knowledge Management Programs, Products and Practitioners Group.
Skills/Expectations
1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organization
Knowledge of web technologies/platforms such as SharePoint 2010/2013
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with advanced level of Excel skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking
Ability to communicate with senior manager/executives with recommendations based on their collaboration space requirements
