Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Intake tool - Managing the queue according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Sign – Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures
  • Store - Uploading contracts to the appropriate repository according to defined procedures
  • Manage
  • Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients and LCA GCO
  • Updating meta data in contract repository per request from business clients
  • Searching for information in the tools
  • Process Support
  • Responding to process questions
  • Responding to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements
  • Responding to questions about the status of the contracts in the process
  • Fielding tool questions and responding or routing/escalating according to defined procedures
  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Basic technical ability to learn and work on Contract Management Tools
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Attention to details
  • Good Communication skills – Oral and Written
  • Ability to be trained to handle client calls on Teams
  • Ready to work in all shifts
  • Education and Experience:

  • Graduate
  • 0-2 years’ experience of data abstraction, legal database management, contract abstraction, administration, reviewing, drafting and management reporting etc.
