Responsibilities and Duties:
Intake tool - Managing the queue according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Sign – Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures Store - Uploading contracts to the appropriate repository according to defined procedures Manage Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients and LCA GCO Updating meta data in contract repository per request from business clients Searching for information in the tools Process Support Responding to process questions Responding to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements Responding to questions about the status of the contracts in the process Fielding tool questions and responding or routing/escalating according to defined procedures Required Skills/Abilities:
Basic technical ability to learn and work on Contract Management Tools Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point Attention to details Good Communication skills – Oral and Written Ability to be trained to handle client calls on Teams Ready to work in all shifts Education and Experience:
Graduate 0-2 years’ experience of data abstraction, legal database management, contract abstraction, administration, reviewing, drafting and management reporting etc.
