What it's about

In this position, you are part of BlueEarth’s Marketing & Client Support team, which is the client excellence unit of our Fundraising & Investor Relations team. As part of the role, you support portfolio managers and fundraisers with client requests, marketing initiatives, corporate communication, and event coordination. Your primary tasks include:

• Creating tailored, persuasive, and high-quality responses to client requests, assisting with queries and performance updates
• Creating convincing, high-quality marketing presentations and investment proposals
• Organizing internal and external events
• Creating and developing high-quality, engaging content for different platforms
• Leading/supporting the on-boarding process for clients
• Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

We are looking for highly motivated, proactive candidates who are purpose-driven, willing to go the extra mile, and bring own ideas. You will be part of a growing team and support us in servicing our growing client base and elevating the public profile of Blue Earth Capital. Key attributes include:

• 2-3 years relevant work experience ideally in impact investor relations, investing, fundraising, marketing, and/ or corporate communication/financial PR
• A genuine passion for impact investing, previous experience in the sector is a plus
• At least undergraduate university degree
• Ability and willingness to take ownership and responsibility
• Quick learner with proactive mindset
• Love for content and compelling visuals combined with natural attention to detail
• Analytical skills with a spark of creativity
• Willingness to work towards tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; professional working proficiency in German is highly desirable
• Valid work permit is required for the location you are applying for
• Spain/EU work permit or citizenship
