Job Description

The Analyst, Operations (Rep Support) will play a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing support for representatives. The role involves handling all rep-related operational tasks, queries, and follow-ups to maintain high efficiency and service quality. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for representatives, including documentation, system setup, and timely creation of agent codes.
  • Send rep confirmation notices upon successful onboarding and follow up on offboarding debts for recovery.
  • Take care of CRM rep data, including setup and maintaining updated records.
