Principal Responsibilities

Implement OPEX Standards

- Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures in line with the OPEX standards
- Review the current procedures and standardize as per the OPEX requirements
- Oversee the progress to ensure the processes are on track
- Understand operational standards defined by OPEX, performance audits to ensure adherence to defined standards

MIS Reporting

- Should have a strong foundation knowledge of excel
- Ability to create and track reports around Average Handling Time, Efficiency and Utilization
- Ability to create reports around payroll, budgeting and incentive coverage
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong logical and analytical skillsets
