**Purpose**
**Essential Duties**
- **Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing and ancillary systems.**
- **Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations**
- **Provide second-level support for Global internal teams as it relates to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing and ancillary systems.**
- **Will provide assistance in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes**
- **Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.**
- **Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System**
**Other Duties**
