Good knowledge of Excel, Teams and Outlook
Key Accountabilities
Order to Cash management for multiple delivery channels
Receipt and processing of standard and sample orders (including EDI)
Inventory availability checks and order confirmation
Open order reporting detailing delivery status, rejections, and date/quantity changes
Assist customers with queries, investigate and resolve them accordingly
Goods outbound
Goods shipped
Invoice queries management with Accounts Receivable
Customer query responses
Arrange credits and product uplifts
Ensure pricing is set up for promotions and changing seasons
Advise Order Management Lead of any ongoing concerns or risk to ensure effective service
