Responsibilities
To have sound knowledge for all Trade products To update all BOE settlement activities on TRRACS To process all IDPMS related maker level activities and clear pending entries and ensure all BOE and ORM are settled correctly on daily basis. To ensure daily activities of IDPMS closures assigned are completed timely. To update T24 payments in Bank internal Systems with out misouts. To Handle Client queries related to BOE/ORM closures. To provide monthly audit data requirements of IDPMS. To prepare monthly mails reminders to all clients. To prepare monthly letters follow up to clients and ensure timely completion of activity. To draft mail responses for clients To check documents received for BOE and ORM closures. To do all Compliance released check for documents submitted for Closure of Bill of entry To ensure RBI/Bank’s policy is being followed while handling IDPMS. Download and save IDPMS reports required on daily basis. Any other work allocated by DH
