Customer – Internal | § Understand requirements from internal customers on Power BI dashboards and reports § Responsible for delivering high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to internal customers § Resolves issues and makes necessary changes to Power BI dashboards based on feedbacks and requests § Presents reports to requesters through demos and PowerPoint presentations § Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems related to Power BI reports by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards |

Stakeholder – Internal | § Communicates effectively, identifying and managing expectations of internal stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs to ensure successful delivery of Power BI dashboards § Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Power BI dashboards § Manages confidential data with utmost responsibility, ensuring that privacy and data protection standards are met § Involves relevant stakeholders in the process of phasing out legacy master data and implementing new initiatives (for example, transitioning from on-premise to cloud data source) § Assists in continuous improvement efforts by streamlining and optimizing data processes in consultation with stakeholders |

Process – Internal | § Handles complex databases and ingests data into Power BI dashboards § Maintains and optimizes the data ingestion process into Power BI dashboards § Supports daily business as usual (BAU) by monitoring and maintaining key data used in Power BI dashboard § Manages and resolves Power BI issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards |

Skills / Qualifications
Key capabilities | § Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Excel § Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format § Good team player, able to collaborate effectively across different regions § Skilled at Power BI visualizations and report development § Able to manage confidential data responsibly and professionally § Excellent at maintaining and creating documentation of Power BI dashboards |
