That means managing and maintaining all IT infrastructure and application services from the most basic desktop to the most complex flight information systems. What you'll deliver

  • You’ll identify trends and potential Problem sources by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis
  • You’ll manage, maintain and publish the BT Knowledge management in regular basis and ensure it reflects the business needs and well understood by all internal and external stakeholders.
